We aim to provide unrivalled value to our customers in the quality of the goods we sell, in the competitiveness of our prices and in the range of choice we offer.
In our stores we aim to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, efficiency of operation, convenience and customer service, and thereby create as attractive and friendly a shopping environment as possible. We will always value the friendship of customers, employees and suppliers whom we recognize as family, friends, and neighbours. Their loyalty and support is essential to the existence of our company.

 
August 1989 after having been sold to two other families’ Moore Family and partners buy lease to the shop at 41-43 King Street, Southall by which time it had come to be known as Southall Cash & Carry.
  
Moore family take full ownership of Southall Cash & Carry. 1997
Moore family open Sadda Superstore, Hounslow West, with 2 other families. September 2009

 In July 1980 C Singh moved to Southall from the West Midland's, and got first job in Southall as a shop assistant for a few months at Dokal and Sons Cash & Carry at 41-43 King Street, Southall.
    
The recession in the early nineties as well as a major Tesco opening nearby had caused sales to fall throughout the early nineties. 
    
Business start booming and Moore family are able to make a number of property accusations.
    
In 2012 Southall Cash & Carry, Sadda Superstore and many other investment properties were sold in order to concentrate our effort and generate capital to grow our core business of South Asian food retail.

Return Policy
Items must be returned to a Mor Foods store within 28 days of the date on which they were purchased. Unless faulty or damaged, unwanted items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale.When you return an item to us, you will need to bring your order confirmation, delivery note or another valid proof of purchase with you. Please make sure you bring the payment card that you originally used to purchase the item.
No returns or refund on any tobacco or alcohol products.
No returns or refunds on fresh fruit, vegetables or frozen products.
Only store credit will be issued or goods exchanged.
All returns are at the descretion of the store manager.

Miscellaneous
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Mor Foods LTD ignores this, Mor Foods LTD will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Mor Foods LTD shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Availability of the Mor Foods LTD Site
Although Mor Foods LTD aims to offer you the best service possible, Mor Foods LTD makes no promise that the services at the Mor Foods LTD Site will meet your requirements. Mor Foods LTD cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free.
